Upon arrival at Park Terrace Hotel, we were delighted with the prime location overlooking Bryant Park and easy access to top attractions like 5th Avenue and Times Square. the room exuded comfort, but the bi-daily housekeeping service at the nightly rate left room for improvement. the construction noise at odd hours was a downside, yet the staff's adherence to safety protocols was commendable, with temperature checks and remote controls wrapped for hygiene. the upgrade to a room with a view of Bryant Park Winter Village was a pleasant surprise, showcasing the staff's attentiveness to guest preferences. the touch of complimentary coffees and a late check-out for a delayed check-in time further enhanced our experience. Despite some hiccups during checkout, the care and personalization shown during our stay made it truly special. For dining options, La Peccora Bianca served up delectable homemade pasta, conveniently accessible through the hotel lobby. the Terrazzo Lounge & Terrace provided a relaxing setting to unwind, with stunning views of Bryant Park enhancing the ambiance. I must give credit to the staff, particularly Harry and Julie, for their exceptional hospitality on our anniversary celebration. In conclusion, Park Terrace Hotel offers a blend of convenience, attentive service, and thoughtful gestures that make it a worthwhile stay in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. I would highly recommend it for a memorable urban retreat.
